About Jeremy Moon

Real estate is a people business.

The homes, land and contracts matter. But the people—and the life they are building—matter more.

Jeremy Moon, Associate Broker and Realtor in Cache Valley
Experience should make a complicated decision feel clearer—not more confusing.
Jeremy Moon · Associate Broker

Twenty-five years of perspective

Honest counsel, careful work and a long view.

I began working in real estate in 2001, became licensed in Idaho in 2002 and joined Parker Real Estate Services that same year. Over the years I have represented buyers and sellers through hundreds of successful transactions and have been closely involved in more than 2,000 closings.

That volume matters because no two transactions unfold exactly alike. Experience teaches you what to notice early, where problems tend to develop and how to keep a difficult situation from becoming an expensive one.

My job is not to push you toward a transaction. It is to help you understand the market, evaluate your options, protect your position and make a decision that fits your family and your future.

Where the work ethic began

Raised to rebuild, work and finish the job.

I was born in Rexburg in 1976, the morning after the Teton Dam broke. My parents’ newly built home was destroyed, so the story of starting over and rebuilding was present from the beginning of my life.

I grew up in Grace, Idaho, in a farming community. Farm chores, plumbing work and building projects taught me that problems rarely solve themselves. You show up, work through them and finish what you started.

Those early lessons still shape how I handle a contract, a difficult negotiation and the details that protect a client’s move.

Why Real Estate

Practical problem-solving centered on people.

After serving a two-year church mission, I knew I wanted to spend my career working with people. At Utah State University I initially studied Marriage and Family Therapy before earning my bachelor’s degree and moving into real estate.

Real estate became the right fit: it combines relationships, analysis, contracts, negotiation, market knowledge and hands-on problem-solving. It also gives me the opportunity to help people through decisions that genuinely change their lives.

What an experienced Realtor manages

  • Pricing and market positioning
  • Offer structure and negotiation
  • Financing and appraisal issues
  • Inspections and due diligence
  • Contract deadlines and risk
  • Communication through closing

How I Promise to Work

A mutual goal. Honest advice. Your interests first.

The standard is simple: give you the facts, say what is real, protect your position and bring the right people together to finish the job well.

01

Share the Goal

A winning client relationship starts with a clear objective we understand and agree on together.

02

Tell the Truth

I will not tell you what you want to hear when the facts do not support it—even if that costs me the business.

03

Protect Your Interest

I disclose what matters, explain the risks and represent your best interest honestly and fairly.

04

Finish the Job

I coordinate experienced lenders, title professionals and every important detail through closing.

Home in Cache Valley

The community my family chose.

My wife, Lisa, and I married in 2000 and raised our two children here. We love Cache Valley for its mountains, outdoor recreation, safety, strong communities and the opportunities it gives families.

I enjoy travel, time outdoors and time with family—but real estate has remained a genuine interest, not merely a job. I still enjoy the properties, the strategy and, most of all, the people.
